Our signature offering for all levels, this HIIT style class increases your cardio endurance and strength through 8 to 12 total body circuits. Command kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, weights, ropes and more, getting a full body workout in a creative and fun environment.
Bootcamps are intensive training sessions, run on weekdays and weekends, designed to push you harder than your normal gym sessions. They’re ideal for people who are used to training themselves and want to be pushed a little harder, through a combination of cardio & strength training.
It’s been a few months since I joined Elite Spartans and I am loving it! I have never worked out before, I even hated the idea of it. But Elite Spartans made me enjoy the burn and soreness. I have 3 personal sessions a week, but I am thinking of increasing it to 5 sessions per week. I have learned so much about myself and my body. The trainers here are the best and they have set the bar so high that I can’t be happy anywhere else! The Elite Spartans community is the best!
I love this gym the atmosphere is always great, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for almost 3 months doing the 5 A.M. boot camp classes I had signed up for the monthly trial but i loved it so much i signed up for the whole year! They are definitely helping me achieve my fitness goals. If you are looking for a gym that cares about their clients i would highly recommend Elite Spartans.
I've worked out everywhere. From 19fitness, 24 hours, ballys, orange theory, cross fit and these classes at Elite Spartans are by far my favorite and getting me into good shape.
