Hi Spartans! My name is Marcelino Knight and I’m the content creator for Elite Spartans.  Documentation is neccessary for a community that thrives on self-improvement.  So it’s an essential role to bring out the best version of everyone, including you!!! The reason I joined Elite Spartans is because I saw the common vision and goal of improving others lives through fitness and health. As I push towards new goals in fitness and life, Elite Spartans will be there 110% along the way pushing me.
