ALISON ZUNIGA

Although I am not involved directly in the day-to-day of the gym as I currently work as a high school teacher and take care of our daughter, I have learned over time that adding three to four training sessions to my weekly routines has helped me develop self-discipline, maintain a clear mind, reduce stress levels, sustain a positive attitude, and develop the determination necessary to tackle any challenge I encounter.

I have a background in Psychology, education, and leadership. I earned my B.A. in Psychology and went on to earn my M.A. in Educational Administration, and I recently earned my Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation through Arizona State University, studying ability emotional intelligence and teamwork. It is my belief that maintaining physical, mental, and intellectual health are the catalysts to success in every realm of life. I look forward to bringing an educational element to the Elite Spartans classes and overall organization as we continue to grow. I AM ALSO WORKING ON COMPLETING MY N.A.S.M. CERTIFICATION AND AM FULLY CERTIFICATED IN CPR.

I am excited to meet and get to know all future clients while continuing to maintain my special relationships with current clients. One of the most rewarding things about being a part of Elite Spartans is watching individuals transform their lives, and become family, bonded through sweat and determination. Ahrooo!!
