Our personal training programs are detailed. We perform routing Body Mass Index and Body Fat measurements, create customized meal plans according to your age, height, and weight, then adjust the meal plan every 2-3 weeks to avoid a plateau. Additionally, we provide a grocery shopping list and endless support from our training staff. Workouts are challenging, exciting, FUN, and always different to keep you interested and keep your body guessing.
