Hi, I’m Sindy! I’m currently studying civil engineering at Evergreen Valley College, and I’m proud to be part of the Elite Spartans team.

I’ve always been active throughout my life because my health matters a lot to me. Fitness isn’t just about staying in shape—it’s also been a powerful outlet to help me clear my mind, release stress, and stay balanced, especially while managing school and work. Weightlifting, in particular, keeps me focused, energized, and motivated, while also giving me the discipline I can carry into every part of my life.

Since joining Elite Spartans, it’s been an amazing experience filled with growth, learning, and community. I love being surrounded by a team that shares the same passion for health, discipline, and personal development.
