The journey to becoming a trainer is one that began with myself. After having children, I found myself extremely over weight, and I had no idea how to become healthy again. It took me a little over two years, but I lost 130 pounds and launched a career that I absolutely love.
In my many years of experience and over 8000 hours of training, I have learned that no one single plan works for all. As humans we are all unique with different needs, limitations and different levels of fitness. As your trainer, I will work with you to customize a work-out program that will fit your needs as well as your lifestyle regardless of your current level of fitness.
Although I work with all levels of ability, I have found that my passion is to restore people back to health. I have and currently work with many clients after cardio rehab, stroke,cancer, and pregnancy. I also work with clients with physical limitation due to diabetes, neuropathy, car crashes and other life circumstances. As your trainer, we will work together to get the very best you!
I also have a passion for extremely overweight people. My own journey has given me a unique perspective as a trainer, as well as the ability to relate to the frustrations of weight loss. With my nutrition background (certified by NASM) I will customize a food plan that works with you as well as with your family, so everyone can enjoy a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to help people on their journey to be the best they can be where ever they me be on their journey to total health.
